1 Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings assigned below unless the context requires otherwise:

• "5u777", "we", "us", "our" refers to the 5u777 platform, its operators, and all affiliated entities responsible for providing the services described herein.
• "Platform" refers to the website accessible at 5u777.io and all associated pages, sub-pages, mobile interfaces, and services offered thereunder.
• "User", "you", "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or otherwise uses the 5u777 Platform.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a User upon successful registration on the Platform.
• "Services" refers collectively to online casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer games, promotional offers, and any other gambling-related products made available via the Platform.
• "Balance" refers to the funds held in a User's Account, comprising deposited funds and any awarded bonus funds, expressed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT).
• "Bonus Funds" refers to any promotional credits, welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback awards, or other non-deposited funds credited to a User's Account by 5u777.
• "Wagering Requirement" refers to the number of times Bonus Funds must be staked before they become eligible for withdrawal, as specified in the applicable promotion terms.
• "KYC" stands for Know Your Customer and refers to the identity and age verification procedures required by 5u777 before processing withdrawals or at any point at our sole discretion.
• "BST" refers to Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6, the time zone applicable to all time-sensitive provisions of these Terms.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 5u777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or otherwise using any Service, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with the Privacy Policy and any additional rules applicable to specific games or promotions published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

3 Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

The 5u777 Platform is strictly available to individuals who are 21 years of age or older. 21+  By registering an Account, you represent and warrant that you meet this minimum age requirement. 5u777 reserves the right to request age verification documents at any time, and any Account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended and all funds forfeited.

3.2 Single Account Rule

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered Account on the 5u777 Platform. Registering multiple Accounts — whether under the same name, identity, device, IP address, payment method, or household — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of all Balances.

3.3 Personal Use Only

Accounts may be used only by the registered Account holder for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. Operating an Account on behalf of another individual, or permitting another individual to operate your Account, is prohibited.

3.4 Technical Access

You are responsible for ensuring that your access to and use of the Platform complies with all laws and regulations applicable to you in your jurisdiction. 5u777 makes no representation that the Services are lawful or available in all jurisdictions. It is your sole responsibility to assess the legal position in your jurisdiction before registering or using the Platform.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Information

To access the Services, you must complete the registration process and provide accurate, current, and complete information as requested. This includes, but is not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Bangladesh, email address, and mobile number. You agree to promptly update your Account information if any of these details change.

4.2 Account Verification (KYC)

5u777 may require you to submit identity and address verification documents at any stage, including before processing your first withdrawal. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate for age verification, and a recent utility bill or bank statement for address verification. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable period will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials including your username and password. You must notify 5u777 immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your Account. 5u777 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.

5 Deposits & Payments

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

5u777 accepts deposits via the following Bangladeshi payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, City Bank, and Islami Bank. All deposits must be made from a payment account held in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted and any such deposit may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

5.2 Deposit Limits

The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. There is no fixed maximum deposit for standard verified Accounts; however, 5u777 reserves the right to impose individual deposit limits at its sole discretion for security, responsible gaming, or operational reasons. Any limits applied will be communicated to the Account holder.

5.3 Processing Times

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are credited to your Account balance instantly upon payment confirmation. Bank transfer deposits may take between 1 and 24 hours depending on the processing times of the issuing bank. 5u777 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banks.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on the 5u777 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). No currency conversion is applied within the Platform. Any currency conversion charges imposed by a User's payment provider are the sole responsibility of the User.

6 Withdrawals

6.1 Withdrawal Processing

5u777 targets a withdrawal processing time of 60 minutes for all fully verified Accounts. This target applies around the clock, including weekends, national holidays, and peak sporting event periods. While 5u777 uses its best efforts to meet this target, processing times may occasionally exceed 60 minutes due to circumstances beyond our control, including payment network outages or additional security checks.

6.2 Verification Requirement

All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of KYC verification. 5u777 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing until identity, age, and address verification has been completed to our satisfaction. This requirement exists to protect our users against fraud and to comply with applicable anti-money laundering principles.

6.3 Withdrawal Method

Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically possible. 5u777 reserves the right to process withdrawals via an alternative supported method if the original deposit method is unavailable. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

6.4 Minimum Withdrawal

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed until the balance reaches the minimum level.

7 Bonuses & Promotions

7.1 Welcome Bonus

New 5u777 players are eligible to receive a welcome bonus of up to ৳20,000 on their first qualifying deposit, subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer. The welcome bonus is available to new Accounts only and cannot be claimed more than once per individual, household, IP address, or payment method.

7.2 Wagering Requirements

All Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements, which will be clearly stated in the applicable promotion description. Bonus Funds must be wagered the specified number of times before they may be withdrawn. Wagering contributions vary by game type; slots typically contribute 100% while live casino and table games may contribute at a lower percentage as stated in the specific offer terms.

7.3 Bonus Abuse

Any attempt to abuse bonus terms — including but not limited to placing low-risk, mathematically balanced bets (hedging) for the purpose of fulfilling wagering requirements, using multiple Accounts, or providing false information to obtain a bonus — constitutes bonus abuse. 5u777 reserves the right to void all Bonus Funds, forfeit associated winnings, and permanently close the Account of any User found to be engaging in bonus abuse.

7.4 Expiry of Bonuses

All bonuses are subject to expiry dates as stated in the applicable promotion terms. Bonus Funds and associated winnings not claimed or wagered within the specified period will be removed from the Account automatically without notice.

7.5 Promotional Changes

5u777 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Changes to ongoing promotions will be communicated to affected Account holders where reasonably practicable.

8 Betting & Gaming Rules

8.1 General Rules

All bets and wagers placed on the 5u777 Platform are subject to the specific rules governing the relevant game or sporting market, as published on the Platform. Users are responsible for familiarising themselves with these rules before placing any bet. In the event of any inconsistency between the game-specific rules and these Terms, the game-specific rules shall prevail in respect of that game only.

8.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all games and betting markets and are displayed within the relevant game interface or betting slip. 5u777 reserves the right to adjust these limits at any time for any user or market without prior notice.

8.3 Void Bets and Technical Errors

5u777 reserves the right to void any bet placed as a result of a pricing error, technical malfunction, or where there is evidence of exploitation of an error. In such cases, the staked amount will be returned to the Account balance. Winnings arising from technical errors or obvious pricing mistakes will not be paid and will be voided.

8.4 Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets may be suspended or removed at any time at 5u777's discretion due to the nature of live sporting events. Bets accepted before a suspension become live will be honoured subject to the applicable market rules.

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 5u777 Platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate Account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all balances, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, or registering under a false identity;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or in connection with the proceeds of any criminal activity;
• Collusion with other players or any third party to manipulate game outcomes or betting markets;
• Use of automated betting software, bots, scripts, or any other technology that provides an unfair advantage;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical errors for financial gain;
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform;
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse as defined in Section 7.3;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Charging back or disputing legitimate transactions with your payment provider in bad faith.

10 Intellectual Property

All content on the 5u777 Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, audio, and video materials — is the property of 5u777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of 5u777. Any unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes a breach of these Terms and may infringe applicable intellectual property laws.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 5u777 and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform or Services, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.

5u777 does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

In any event, the maximum aggregate liability of 5u777 to any User in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12 Privacy & Data

5u777 collects and processes personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference and available at 5u777.io/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

5u777 will not sell, rent, or otherwise disclose your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, fraud prevention services, and regulatory bodies where required by law or necessary to provide the Services.

13 Responsible Gaming

5u777 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and to minimising gambling-related harm. All users are encouraged to set personal deposit limits, session time limits, and loss limits from within their Account dashboard. Players who wish to take a temporary break from gambling may request a cool-off period of between 24 hours and 6 weeks. Once a self-exclusion request has been processed, 5u777 will make reasonable technical efforts to prevent the excluded Account holder from opening a new Account on the Platform. 14 Account Closure

14.1 Closure by the User

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting [email protected]. Prior to closure, all pending withdrawals will be processed in accordance with Section 6 of these Terms, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Real-money balances remaining in the Account at the time of closure, after settlement of all pending bets and satisfaction of all applicable wagering requirements, will be returned to the User via the most recently used withdrawal method.

14.2 Closure by 5u777

5u777 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, where it has reason to believe that the Account holder has breached these Terms, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform. In cases of confirmed fraud or material breach, 5u777 may forfeit all balances in the relevant Account.

15 Amendments to Terms

5u777 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, we will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered Account holders via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The most current version of these Terms will always be available at 5u777.io/terms-conditions and will display the date of the most recent update.

Your continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any change, you must stop using the Platform and close your Account before the effective date of the amendment.

16 Governing Law & Disputes

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — whether contractual or non-contractual in nature — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the principles of applicable law. 5u777 operates as a safe and reliable online gaming platform committed to fair treatment of all users.

In the event of a dispute, Users should first contact 5u777's support team at [email protected] with a clear description of the issue. 5u777 will use its reasonable endeavours to resolve all disputes informally within 14 calendar days of receipt of a written complaint. Where informal resolution is not possible, the parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing any other remedy.
